Dr.Deb
A
2003 graduate of Louisiana State University School of Veterinary
Medicine, Dr. Taranik has been practicing veterinary medicine in the
high desert since 2003. She has special interests in internal medicine, preventative medicine, wellness care, soft tissue surgery and wound management. Her
goal is to make ACH a more progressive practice that is able to
continue the high quality care our clients have grown accustomed to, in
addition to upgrading and improving the overall practice structure. Client
communication and education is a very important aspect to the manner in
which she practices medicine, and she plans to continuously seek out
methods of improving this function.
Her hobbies are many, but include traveling, SCUBA diving, hiking, walking, charity fund raising and volunteer work. In
2006, she participated in the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer 3-Day, a 60
mile walk for the purpose of raising money for the foundation, and has
done countless hours of volunteer work over the years for other various
charitable organizations. In 2010 she participated in the Avon Walk For Breast Cancer, a 2 day, 40 mile event. She hikes Yosemite every year and tries to fly down south to visit her Southern family members whenever possible. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and partner, Steve.
She is known in the community as a very caring, compassionate doctor with a very down-to-earth attitude. Please stop by to meet her any time!
